We are running an Open Team Sprint / Team Pursuit and Graded Keirin Meet on Saturday 10th June at Sundrive Velodrome to generate interest and kick start clubs to prepare for the National Team events later in the year.

The format of this introductory event is quite different in that this is also open to U16 riders and there are no national restrictions nor are riders restricted to being from the same club.
The Team Sprint will be 3 x Half Laps (3 Riders) and the Team Pursuit will be run over a shorted distance of 3k (rather than 4) and Teams maybe 3 or 4 riders. Both these events will be run over 2 rounds with a qualification against the clock and then matched teams head to head.
We will also run a graded Keirin as a supporting event with riders matched against their own ability with two rounds for each category.
Riders enter as individuals but then mail your team to sundrive@trackcycling.ie. Team may include Masters/Senior/Junior/U16 riders from any club. Track Accreditation is of course a requirement. Hire bikes are of course available.
