We are holding a Track camp for Youth riders at Sundrive Velodrome rom Tuesday 4th to Thursday 6th April. This is in the week leading up to the 1st round of the Youth track league so the perfect time to get those track legs spinning again….
The camp will run from 10am to 2pm each day and will have a different focus each day.
<Event Schedule>
Tuesday: Sprint focus – technique, skills, training drills
Wednesday: Timed events focus – starting gates, timed efforts,
Thursday: Endurance focus – training drills, tactics
We will also incorporate various skills sessions into the three days.
The camp will cost €30 per rider for the full three days or €12 per day.
New riders welcome
For newcomers, the emphasis will be on learning how to ride on the track.
