- Coached session for all Senior/U16 Accredited riders .
We are running a slightly longer Saturday session and each session will have a 15-20 minute warm up, a main section to get riders fit, some skills, instruction on a particular event and finish with a training race.
All riders must sign in before the designated start time of 10am
Bike Hire available up to 0950 only
Track Open at 10am
Riders must be on the fence ready to roll at 10.15
SIGN ON & PAYMENT
There is a two step process to signing in for Leagues & Training Sessions
Step 1 is to register for session or league night
Step 2 is Payment (for those not selecting season option)

Step 2A Payment for Leagues & Public Coached Sessions
All Public Coached sessions are 5€ for youth/senior/ junior.
Bike hire for Senior riders is an extra €5. (Bike hire for youth is already included)
Derny 8€ (Accreditation & Own Bike required)
Saturday Leagues 8€
All of the above are included in the ‘all inclusive option’
For 2024 we are renewing the optional ‘All Inclusive Membership’
Senior/Junior (100€) includes public Sessions, bike hire, Midweek and Saturday Leagues
Youth (60€) includes public sessions, midweek League, Saturday Youth League

Step 2B Facility Fee : All senior/junior riders and coaches who attend public or club
sessions are liable for the 10€ annual facility fee.
There is no facility fee for U12/U14/U16

Step 3 : Bike Hire : If bike hire is required please email sundrive@trackcycling.ie to tell us the size and we will have it ready. Regular riders need not do this is as we have your size posted on our whiteboard.
You must collect your bike 10 minutes before the session (before 0950).
