Kilo\/500 and Sprint<br><br>Over the 3 days we will cover various elements of track riding.<br><br><strong>Primary Focus<\/strong><br>Day 1 : Sprint<br>Day 2 : Pursuit<br>Day 3 : Starts and Kilo\/500<br><br>The above is the only the primary focus for each day but there will be crossover and if riders are e.g. primarily interested in one aspect or event we will tailor their efforts to that over the three days.<br><br>Please bring a selection of gears, time trial bars if you use them, lunch and a chair to rest between efforts.<br><br>We will also cover some aspects of strength and conditioning.
