Separate events for Boys and Girls
Sprints / Standing Start TT / Scratch races for each category. Bike hire available - bikes fitted with Look Delta or toestrap.
No change of pedals or change of gearing allowed on hire bikess
Entry on the Day.
Entry fee €5 / Bike hire €2.
Cycling Ireland Licence and Track Accreditation in advance of the day required.
Race numbers must be worn and licence presented
Sign on & Bike hire 1100-1130
Open Track 1130 - 1200 Time Trials
U12 100m TT
U14 250m TT
U16 500m TT Sprint
Flying 200 to qualify for Sprint
Top 6 to 2 x 3up Sprint Semi
Winners to Final (Best of 3)
2nd to Bronze ride off .
U12/U14 Sprint over 1 lap
U16 Sprint over 2 laps
