Sprint Rounds (by draw) of 4 riders to 4 up final

Points awarded as follows
1st 5 points,  2nd 3 points, 3rd 2 points , 4th 1 point

 This year The Provinces will be competing for the Sean MacAogain Trophy in memory of a man who spent most of his life promoting sport for youth and who tragically lost his life competing in a cycle race fpur years ago.
