Week  2 Session

Gearing 49×16 ‘Threshold Endurance’ (3 min efforts)  8 x 2k (approx.)

15 Warm up 5/5/5
10 min incl 5 min off bike

60 min (one set of groups riding – one group rolling)
8 x 3 min effort with with 5 min rest
(2 Groups alternate)

Group 1 Starts on 0-8-16-24-32-40-48-56 (3 min efforts)
Group 2 Starts on 4-12-20-28-36-44-52-60 (3 min efforts)

5 min warm down
